DNA Virus Infections Categories.
Adenoviridae Infections - Virus diseases caused by the ADENOVIRIDAE.
Circoviridae Infections - Virus diseases caused by the CIRCOVIRIDAE.
Hepadnaviridae Infections - Virus diseases caused by the HEPADNAVIRIDAE.
Herpesviridae Infections - Virus diseases caused by the HERPESVIRIDAE.
Papillomavirus Infections - Neoplasms of the skin and mucous membranes caused by papillomaviruses. They are usually benign but some have a high risk for malignant progression.
Papovaviridae Infections - Virus diseases caused by the PAPOVAVIRIDAE. This includes both papillomavirus infections and polyomavirus infections.
Parvoviridae Infections - Virus infections caused by the PARVOVIRIDAE.
Polyomavirus Infections - Infections with POLYOMAVIRUS, which are often cultured from the urine of kidney transplant patients. Excretion of BK VIRUS is associated with ureteral strictures and CYSTITIS, and that of JC VIRUS with progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (LEUKOENCEPHALOPATHY, PROGRESSIVE MULTIFOCAL).
