Bone Marrow Neoplasms

Definition: Neoplasms located in the bone marrow. They are differentiated from neoplasms composed of bone marrow cells, such as MYELOMA. Most bone marrow neoplasms are metastatic.
Notes: neopl located in bone marrow: do not confuse with neopl composed of bone marrow cells (like myeloma); /blood supply /chem /secret /second /ultrastruct permitted; coord IM with histol type of neopl (IM): DF: BONE MARROW NEOPL
